FRANCISCO
Francisco was born in Spain and is the managing director of Preysinggarten. His focus on regionality and the highest product quality characterises the restaurant. His view of wine is shaped by origin, curiosity and the desire not to make things more complicated than they are.
After several years at Kull & Weinzierl – including at the GRAPES wine bar and, above all, many years at the renowned Buffet Kull – he developed a concept at Preysinggarten that reflects a contemporary view of Spain: strong in character, diverse and open. “As a native Spaniard, I want to bring a piece of my homeland to Munich.”
JULIAN
As head chef and operations manager, Julian shapes the culinary signature of the Preysinggarten. After working in Vienna and Munich, his first role at Kull & Weinzierl was as head chef at the well-known buffet Kull. There he spent 4 years shaping a cuisine at the highest level with new standards for seasonality and sustainability. With Preysinggarten, he is now shaping the newest venture within Kull & Weinzierl.
Julian stands for clear, contemporary cuisine with a focus on products and craftsmanship that connects and wants to be shared. “Cuisine should inspire without being complicated.”


KULL & WEINZIERL
Preysinggarten is part of the Kull & Weinzierl family. The company was founded in 1996 by restaurateur Rudi Kull and architect Albert Weinzierl and now operates restaurants, bars and a hotel in Munich.
